My Supplement Routine

Click below to start the short introduction video

1. A teaspoon of ground milk thistle seeds – for liver detox and repair
2. A teaspoon of bee pollen for vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, proteins…
A teaspoon of wheat germ oil – rich in antioxidant and fertility-supporting vitamin E
1/2 teaspoon of fermented cod liver oil + high vitamin butter oil for natural vitamin D, A, K2 and omega 3s, crucial for your whole metabolism, endocrine system, eye sight, anti-inflammation… If you take cod liver oil without the butter oil, alternate with vitamin D3+K2 drops to get all 3 “activator vitamins” (that help your body to better assimilate calcium, protein and other nutrients).
A teaspoon of collagen/gelatin to support gut healing, joints and mucous membranes
A teaspoon of “my grandfather’s gold” raw honey
A Brazil Nut for selenium
A teaspoon of mineral clay dissolved in water (only drink the water not the residue), for minerals (calcium, magnesium…), more “Earth” and detox.
The only pill I take these days: methylated B-complex with bioavailable forms of folate, vitamin B6 and B12.

Apart from that I eat a nutrient dense diet of garden-fresh veggies, fruit from the tree, eggs from our own chickens, holistically grazed beef and chicken meat, bone broth, wild fish, raw dairy, organic whole grains and pulses, sourdough bread, nuts and seeds and fermented cabbage.
