Combining Tantra & Nutrition to remember Divine Union inside & out
The Regenerative Path
A combination of Tantra and Nutrition to remember Divine Union inside and out
a group program for people desiring a fertile relationship with themselves, with their body, with food, with their couple, with Life – and to experience health and fertility as a result!
Nutrition and Tantra… the connection may not seem obvious at first, but in reality, they are VERY connected… in both directions…
Tantra -> Nutrition
- Nutrition is not just the food that we eat but EVERYTHING that nourishes us, our work, the place we live, our relationships… A lot of times, the issues we experience with food and body are compensations for lack in these other areas. When it comes to relationships in general, and intimacy in particular, many of us desire more authentic, more conscious relationships. We yearn for m0re profound connection and deeper intimacy that would really nourish our soul. Food then often comes in as a way to comfort us and to numb out the pain resulting from superficial, unsatisfying connections.
- Everything in this Life is relationship. And it starts with the relationship you have with yourself, with your own body, mind and emotions. The relationship your inner Masculine has with your inner Feminine. The relationship your Consciousness has with your Energy. If this inner relationship is one of disconnection, control, suppression, abuse… this will be reflected in ALL other relationships you experience: the relationships with other people, with food, with Life itself… and on a collective level the relationship between families, genders, races and countries.
- To heal our relationship with food, body and our symptoms, we need to heal the relationship between our Masculine and Femenine, remembering Divine Union, first on the inside and from there spilling into the outside as well.
- Tantra IS the encounter between your Consciousness and your Energy. It’s about coming back to the body, to deep listening, to heightened sensual awareness and perception, so that you can FEEL yourself again, feel your Yes and your No, your limits, needs and desires, holding space for them without condemnation. Tantra is a path of non-duality where things are not separated into intrinsically “good” or “bad”. By giving yourself permission to feel what you feel, and think what you think (without necessarily acting upon it) you open the doors to a truly authentic life. And THIS is the most nourishing of all foods for our soul.
On my personal path, Tantra allowed me to heal the root causes of the major issues behind my issues with food and body… ultimately, to heal the relationship between my Masculine and Feminine, and to arrive at deep inner peace with food, body and Life!

Nutrition -> Tantra
- Vegetarianism and especially veganism is not per se the most conscious, “spiritual,” healthiest, or sustainable path.
- Any diet that intrinsically demonizes certain foods or nutrients is at odds with the Tantric principles of non-duality and is actually a sign of disconnection from Nature (and thus the Feminine) in its depths. It shows that the relationship between Masculine and Feminine still needs some maturation.
- Many people involved in (Neo)Tantra courses (incl. facilitators) would benefit from complementing their path of inner healing with a truly regenerative diet tailored to their individual needs.
On my personal path, I would often observe people in Tantra working through the difficult emotions related to chronic physical illness (which is of crucial importance!), while not leveraging the power of foods adapted to their individual needs to support their bodies biochemically. I would also observe that many Tantra schools would serve vegetarian or even vegan meals, without necessarily caring much about the quality or processing of those foods, and so I would see non-organic foods, GMO foods, processed foods, refined oils, etc. on the menu.
Knowing about the power of food on mind and body, this lack of consciousness is the main driver behind the creation of Tantra Nutrition, which I teach under the name of The Regenerative Path.

2 Week Intensive
The same content is taught in a two week intensive, which is especially interesting for those of you traveling from farther away or if you are looking for a longer time immersion into the field and place.
Retreat Place

Both, the weekends and the two weeks intensive take place in Lalita Devi retreat center in Acebo, Caceres, Spain.
The magical retreat center “Lalita Devi” is located in Acebo, Cáceres (Spain) in a fertile valley at the foot of a sacred mountain, between oak and chestnut trees and nourished by a small river that sustains life.
A true, natural oasis for body, mind and soul.
Here you can rest from the noise and pollution of the cities and reconnect with the elements of nature including your own inner nature. You can breathe fresh air, bathe in the warm sun, listen to the birds sing and wander safely under a translucent sky full of stars.
The installations are very unique in their design and invoke warmth and creativity, sacredness and beauty. It is a dreamlike space of coexistence, with (mostly) shared rooms, showers and toilets, and a big dining room with a fireplace and a small shop.
To get there, you would fly to Madrid and then either rent a car or book a blablacar or taxi to get to Acebo, Hoyos or Moraleja (we can help with this!) from where we can organize pick-up.

Meals
All meals from Friday dinner till Sunday lunch are included in the package. Friday and Saturday dinners as well as Saturday and Sunday breakfasts are prepared and served by the Lalita team (vegetarian kitchen). The lunches form part of our course learning – on Sunday we even prepare it all together. These lunches do include meat and fish – as all ingredients regeneratively and/or organically sourced.
About the Facilitator
This retreat is facilitated by Claudia Kaiser. Claudia is a curious and open-minded human being, who has herself struggled with an eating disorder and the resulting menstrual, hormonal and fertility issues. Eventually her journey took her back onto the fertile path, i.e. a way of eating and living that not only regenerates body and soul but also Mother Earth. This is what she has been sharing with her clients since 2012, when she exchanged her career in a multinational company for her own practice. Claudia is certified and/or has trained in Holistic Nutrition, Metabolic Typing, Eating Psychology, Chinese Medicine, Conscious Touch and Tantra. She is author of the book “The Fertile Path – How to regenerate yourself from soil to soul before planting the seed”. She lives in rural Spain, together with her partner, three large dogs, one cat and currently 12 chickens. She thrives to embody the “fertile” way of eating and living, and helps others to do the same.
