When Touch becomes a Meditation

This is not a regular “massage”, even though at times, I will “massage” you. Rather, I would describe it as a Dance between me & you, a meeting of Consciousness and Energy.

I do not pretend to “take away” any contractions, tensions or pains from you.

Rather, through my hands, I bring my Consciousness to your Body and to your Energy. Through my Conscious Touch, I invite YOUR consciousness to meet YOUR Energy.

And this is where the magic happens.

Because wherever there is pain, it is an invitation for us to bring loving attention to that place in our body and in our energetic field; it is a request to bring non-judgmental consciousness to what is alive in that body part and what thoughts and emotions it connects to; it is a yearning for being enveloped and held and listened to, without needing to “fix” anything or to make something “go away” as soon as possible. Just pure awareness, openness and curiosity, without any pressure or expectation attached to it.

Receiving this rare gift can create a profound sense of safety, of being unconditionally accepted an loved, which can result in a deep relaxation that just melts away long-held tensions in the body and mind, without any pushing, forcing or pressuring.

Every session is unique because it is based on deep listening to your body and to the information I receive in mine. I might touch the whole body (not including intimate parts and always respecting any specific limits you might have) or only certain parts. It can be done as an oil massage on naked skin or as touch on a fully clothed body. I invite you to open to deep breathing and your body is free to express through sound and movement, which will deepen your receptivity and experience.

It is like a Tantra Massage but on a table and without touching intimate parts.

Sessions take place in Lalita, Acebo, Caceres, Spain.

In summer, you can receive it open-air, under the trees, feeling the soft breeze and listening to the birds (inside option also available). In winter, you can receive it enjoying the warmth and sound of a real fire.

Regular price: 50 Euro per 1 hour session, 70 Euros per 1,5 hour session.
